What You'll Do As a Landscape Crew Leader, you will jump right in with your crew to bring top-notch service to our client site. Serving as a hands-on Landscaping Supervisor, you will lead by example while driving daily operations on the ground. Direct and support crew members in carrying out daily assignments from the foreman and manager Work side-by-side with your team performing mowing, mulching, sod installation, spraying, and irrigation maintenance Ensure safety standards and quality expectations are met on every job What You Bring To The Team 1 to 3 years of hands-on landscape maintenance experience Valid and clean North Carolina Driver's License Capability to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively throughout your shift Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when duty calls Strong work ethic and team-first leadership attitude Why Work For The Budd Group?Earn Faster:
