Tree Climber Crew Lead Location:

Cleves, OH Pay:

$28-$40/hr Responsibilities Lead tree removal, pruning, and trimming projects while ensuring safe and efficient work practices. Climb trees and safely operate a 72' track lift and other aerial equipment to complete tree care services. Perform rigging, tree removals, stump grinding, chainsaw work, woodchipper operation, and other tree care tasks. Direct and supervise crew members, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. Conduct equipment inspections, maintain tools, and follow all safety regulations and company procedures. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in tree removal, tree pruning, and climbing/lift operation. Valid driver's license with experience operating large trucks and trailers. Proficiency in tree climbing, aerial lift operation, proper pruning techniques, rigging, knot tying, chainsaw use, and tree care equipment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage crews and maintain a safe job site. ISA Certified Arborist, Class A CDL, mechanical aptitude, or general foreman/project management experience are highly preferred. #
