DON'T MOW GRASS... I DON'T CARE IF YOU CAN RIDE A LAWN MOWER.
) Must be able to build patios and retaining walls. (2 years Plus of experience or lets not waste our time.) Knowledgeable in working with natural stones, boulders, and ponds. (Yes, we do more than just hardscaping, we also do new installs, water features, Etc.) Candidate must be able to read a landscape plan, follow both written and verbal instructions and think through the steps of the project. See a project through from beginning to end, making sight corrections as needed. Problem solving skills are important. Experience using all standard hand and power tools and equipment typical of landscaping. (Shovel, Rake, Mini excavator, skid steer, demolition saws, chain saw, etc....) Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions. Landscaping is a physical occupation ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry is an essential part of this position. Must have a Driver's License and reliable transportation to and from the jobsite. Must be 18 years or older $22-32 an hour based on experience and aptitude 3 Arrows Landscaping is growing and in need of a reliable and experienced crew foreman able to take the lead.
