Pronto Staffing is seeking a dependable Landscaping Crew Leader to join an active lawn care team.
Job Summary:
Pronto Staffing is hiring a hands-on crew leader to guide a local landscaping team. You will work alongside your crew to complete daily lawn care and maintenance tasks. This role requires strong teamwork, reliability, and pride in doing quality outdoor work.
Responsibilities Lead and work alongside a lawn maintenance crew on daily job sites Assign daily tasks to crew members and keep work moving efficiently Perform mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and property cleanup Operate and care for lawn tools and power equipment safely Check finished work to make sure it meets high-quality standards Communicate clearly with management, team members, and customers Requirements Previous experience in landscaping or lawn maintenance Ability to give clear directions and lead by example Experience using lawn equipment and power tools Ability to speak English Valid driver's license preferred Work Environment Work outdoors in extreme weather conditions Stand and walk for long periods of time Lift 50 lbs or more repeatedly throughout the day
