Lawn Rangers Services of Chesterfield VA is looking for an experienced, dependable Crew Leader to run a lawn care and landscaping team. You'll be the one setting the pace on-site — leading a crew through daily routes, keeping quality high, and making sure jobs are done safely, efficiently, and to the customer's satisfaction. What You'll Do Lead and supervise a small crew on daily lawn care and landscaping jobs Assign tasks, keep the crew on schedule, and manage the day's route Perform and oversee mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, planting, and general landscape maintenance Operate and maintain equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, small power tools) and ensure proper care/storage Inspect completed work for quality before leaving each site Train and mentor crew members on techniques and safety practices Report equipment issues, job site problems, or customer concerns to management Follow all safety protocols and ensure crew compliance What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in lawn care or landscaping, including some leadership or supervisory experience Strong working knowledge of lawn care equipment and landscaping techniques Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (will need to tow/drive company vehicles/trailers) Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physical labor (lifting, bending, standing for long periods) Strong communication and time-management skills Reliable, punctual, and able to lead by example Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, not required What We Offer Competitive hourly pay: $22-$25/hour based on experience Consistent full-time hours Opportunity for growth within the company Supportive team environment
