The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading and managing teams, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire others. The Crew Leader will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the crew, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard, and providing feedback and guidance to team members. The successful candidate will be a team player with a passion for excellence.

Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of crew members. Ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner and to the highest standards. Train and develop crew members to ensure they are performing to their full potential. Ensure that safety protocols are followed at all times. Communicate with other departments to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner. Provide feedback and support to crew members. Monitor and report on performance of crew members. Must be able to pass background and drug screening test. Must be able to drive a landscaping trailer.
