Warehouse Supervisor Posted on May 21, 2025 by JMJ Phillip We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient, safe, and productive processes. This full-time, permanent position is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in logistics, inventory, and team supervision. Position Responsibilities Team Supervision Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to meet productivity and safety goals Schedule shifts, assign tasks, and monitor team performance Conduct regular meetings to communicate goals and operational updates Inventory Management Ensure accurate inventory control and reporting Oversee receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping of goods Conduct regular cycle counts and resolve discrepancies promptly Compliance & Safety Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse environment Enforce safety procedures and company policies Report and investigate safety incidents or near-misses Process Improvement Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency Coordinate with internal departments to streamline operations Monitor KPIs and prepare reports for management review Prerequisites Proven experience in a warehouse leadership role Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory systems Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to manage and motivate teams in a fast-paced setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Certifications (Preferred, but not Required) OSHA Certification Forklift Operator Certification Lean Six Sigma or related process improvement training What the Role Offers Competitive salary Opportunities for professional development and internal advancement Stable, full-time permanent role with consistent hours A collaborative and supportive work culture Exposure to modern warehouse technologies and systems Why Bessemer?
