Become a Key Player as a Process Lead You will coordinate and execute day-to-day warehouse operations to keep the operation meeting safety, quality, and performance expectations. You will partner with area managers and lead associates on the floor in an onsite warehouse environment in Carson, CA. Your work directly impacts throughput, accuracy, and workplace safety for the team. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Coordinate daily warehouse workloads and prioritize tasks to meet operational needs Assign associates to operational areas based on business demand Monitor workflow, productivity, and performance metrics and escalate concerns appropriately Use warehouse management systems and other technology to track activity and ensure accurate completion of work Promote and enforce safety, cleanliness, PPE, GFSI, and GMP standards Support hands-on warehouse operations and reinforce equipment and site safety expectations Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role Previous warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, or logistics experience Experience in a productivity- or metric-driven environment Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable using WMS and other warehouse technology Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and supervise or guide associates Strong safety awareness and attention to detail Here's What Else Might Help You Out Previous lead, trainer, coordinator, or informal leadership experience (preferred) Pay Range $18-22/hour Ready to Make Your Mark?
