Job Summary The Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, warehouse organization, and inventory recordkeeping. This role ensures the accurate and timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments while maintaining inventory accuracy. The position also performs routine administrative tasks, including order processing, data entry, email communication, and coordination with internal departments to support daily warehouse operations. Responsibilities 1. Perform daily warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, and inventory control. 2. Ensure accurate and timely picking, packing, and shipping according to customer orders and packing lists. 3. Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet jacks. 4. Restack, wrap, and secure pallets for safe storage and outbound shipments. 5. Perform routine inventory audits and monthly physical inventory counts; investigate and reconcile discrepancies. 6. Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and overall safety standards. 7. Coordinate with logistics team regarding inventory status, replenishment needs, and shipping schedules. 8. Maintain accurate inbound and outbound shipping documentation and inventory records. 9. Report damaged goods, inventory discrepancies, or operational issues and assist with corrective action. 10. Coordinate with internal departments and carriers to support timely shipments and deliveries. 11. Perform routine equipment inspections and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns. 12. Assist with warehouse organization and support process improvement initiatives as needed. 13. Maintain accurate inventory records for sample ingredients; assist with sample registration and tracking. 14. Perform basic Excel data entry, email correspondence, and other warehouse-related duties as assigned. Qualifications
  • Valid forklift certification and recent 3 years of hands-on forklift operating experience required
  • Minimum 2-3 years of warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or inventory control experience required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience with shipping documentation, inventory tracking, and warehouse organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer systems for inventory and reporting purposes
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet shipping deadlines
  • Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs and move warehouse materials as needed

    Starting Pay :
    $25 - $30/hour (approximately $52,000 - $62,400 annually) based on experience
      Performance Review :
      eligible for a potential raise after 90 days based on performance Benefits
