• Night Shift Supervisor

• $28-$31/hr

• Schedule:

• Sunday-Thursday, 3:00 AM-11:30 AM (OT as need)
• Position Summary
• Seeking an experienced Night Shift Supervisor to oversee overnight food production and warehouse operations, ensuring productivity, food safety compliance, quality standards, and team performance.
• Responsibilities
• + Supervise and support night shift employees.

+ Ensure production goals, staffing needs, and daily operations are met. + Enforce food safety standards (HACCP, FSMA, cGMPs, SSOPs) and OSHA requirements. + Monitor product quality, inventory levels, and warehouse organization. + Operate and oversee safe use of stand-up forklifts. + Address operational issues, employee concerns, and communicate shift updates to management.

• Qualifications
• + High school diploma or equivalent. + Previous supervisory experience required. + Experience in food production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments preferred. + Knowledge of food safety and workplace safety regulations. + Stand-up forklift experience required. + Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Preferred Certifications
• + OSHA + Food Safety/Sanitation + CPR/BLS
• Work Environment
• Fast-paced food production and warehouse setting with refrigerated areas. Requires standing, walking, and flexibility for overtime and overnight shifts.

• $28.
