Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and the coordination of warehouse associates. This role is responsible for assigning workloads, monitoring shipments and inventory accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring products are properly handled. The Warehouse Supervisor will communicate with customers regarding shipping and receiving inquiries, correct sales orders when items are backordered, report damages or discrepancies, and maintain clean, organized, and well-maintained storage areas. The position is also responsible for ensuring all warehouse safety procedures are followed, including the safe operation of forklifts and other equipment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent 7+ years of warehouse experience, including inventory control Valid driver's license required Forklift operation experience required Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse procedures Ability to coordinate workloads and work independently with sound judgment Experience identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies Commitment to workplace safety and maintaining an organized warehouse
Schedule:
Monday-Friday Full-time, 8-hour shift Regular work schedule will fall within the office's operating hours of 7:00 AM-5:00 PM Work Environment The job is performed in a warehouse setting and requires the use of safety shoes. Physical Demands Must be able to sit, stand, walk, drive. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and bend, squat, climb, kneel and twist frequently. Frequently operate basic warehouse machinery, both powered and manual (i.e. forklift, pallet jack, hand truck)
Pay:
$33.00 - $36.00 per hour
