Warehouse Coordinator

Position Summary The Warehouse Coordinator supports daily warehouse operations by ensuring accurate order processing, inventory tracking, and system alignment across shipping, receiving, and fulfillment. This role acts as the bridge between warehouse execution and system/data accuracy, supporting workflow coordination, reporting, and issue resolution. This is a detail-oriented role focused on execution, organization, and communication. Core Responsibilities1. Order & Fulfillment Coordination Coordinate daily order processing across wholesale and eCommerce channels Ensure orders are released, prioritized, and aligned with shipping schedules Support the Supervisor in tracking order status and completion Communicate delays or issues impacting fulfillment System & Data Accuracy Maintain alignment between Shopify, ERP (Perfect Fit), and shipping reports Enter, update, and audit order and inventory data Identify discrepancies and escalate for resolution Support reporting accuracy across systems Inventory Support Assist with cycle counts and inventory tracking Help investigate inventory discrepancies Maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound inventory Shipping & Documentation Prepare shipping documents, labels, and reports Ensure compliance with customer routing guides Support carrier coordination and scheduling Reporting & Administrative Support Track daily shipping volumes and operational metrics Assist in preparing KPI reports for leadership Maintain organized records of shipments, inventory, and workflows Cross-Functional Communication Communicate with Planning, CSR, and warehouse team on order status Escalate issues impacting timelines or accuracy Support alignment between departments Process Support Follow established SOPs and support process consistency Provide feedback on workflow inefficiencies Assist with implementation of new processes or tools Qualifications 1-3+ years of warehouse, logistics, or operations support experience Experience with ERP/WMS systems preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Key Competencies Detail-oriented Organized and reliable Strong communication Process support mindset
