Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse activities, manage client relationships, and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations, preferably within a 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) environment, along with proven leadership experience overseeing warehouse teams. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure productivity, accuracy, and efficiency. Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates to meet performance and safety standards. Monitor workflow, inventory control, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a primary point of contact for operational needs. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures. Analyze operational performance metrics and implement process improvements. Address employee performance issues and support ongoing training initiatives. Collaborate with management and clients to meet service level expectations.

Qualifications Required:

Experience in warehouse operations (3PL experience preferred). Previous Lead, Supervisor, or Team Leadership experience. Proven experience managing warehouse teams and employee performance. Strong client relationship management and customer service skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Preferred:

Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Knowledge of inventory control, shipping, and receiving processes. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Pay:

$22.00 per hour
