We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Fulfillment Lead who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role. This is a hands-on warehouse position. You will help direct the fulfillment team, manage daily order flow, support B2B and special projects, operate a reach truck, and make sure orders are completed accurately and on time. Responsibilities Direct and prioritize daily fulfillment order flow Assign work and help keep the warehouse team on schedule Monitor open orders and resolve issues or delays Lead B2B, wholesale, Amazon FBA, pallet, and special fulfillment projects Operate a reach truck and assist with inventory movement Use our WMS to process orders, shipments, and inventory Help maintain warehouse organization, accuracy, and safety Communicate clearly with warehouse management on priorities and project status Jump in and assist with fulfillment work when needed Qualifications 3+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, or 3PL experience preferred Previous Team Lead, Shift Lead, or Senior Warehouse Associate experience preferred Reach truck experience preffered WMS experience required; Extensiv / 3PL Central is a major plus Experience with B2B, Amazon FBA, pallet, LTL, or retail shipments is a plus Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills Comfortable leading a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment Why APS?
