Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Shipping & Receiving Supervisor to lead all warehouse shipping and receiving operations at our Middle River, FL facility. This position is responsible for overseeing inbound and outbound product flow, inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, freight coordination, and employee supervision. The ideal candidate will have strong warehouse experience working with inventoried products and possess knowledge of palletizing and Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipping practices. Experience in the cabinet, millwork, furniture, or building products industry is preferred but not required. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely and accurate movement of inventory. Lead and train warehouse personnel while promoting a safe and productive work environment. Verify incoming shipments for accuracy and inspect products for damage. Coordinate outbound shipments with freight carriers and customers. Prepare and oversee palletizing of products for LTL and full truckload shipments. Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and inventory control procedures. Utilize warehouse management and ERP systems to track inventory, shipments, and receipts. Ensure products are properly labeled, stored, and staged for shipment. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shipping errors, and receiving issues. Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Production teams to support business objectives. Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company safety standards. Monitor performance metrics and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy. Required Qualifications Mandatory Minimum 2 years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience. Experience working with inventoried products in a warehouse environment. Experience palletizing products and preparing shipments for LTL carriers. Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish). Experience in the cabinet, millwork, furniture, or related manufacturing industry. Experience with NetSuite ERP. Previous supervisory or team leadership experience. Knowledge of freight scheduling, shipping documentation, and carrier coordination. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform warehouse activities throughout the workday. Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures. Pay:
