Schedule:

M-F, flexibility for 8am-5pm or 8:30am-5pm Key Responsibilities Review orders, routing guides, shipping documentation, and customer requirements before releasing orders for fulfillment. Obtain and compare LTL and full truckload freight quotes, select appropriate shipping methods, and coordinate pickups and deliveries. Track outbound orders, working with warehouse personnel and carriers to resolve shortages, delays, discrepancies, and delivery issues. Coordinate outbound customer shipments from initial planning through final delivery. Manage freight quotes, carrier selection, scheduling, and customer-specific shipping requirements. Serve as a key liaison between Operations, Warehouse, Accounting, customers, and freight carriers. Monitor shipments and freight costs to support accurate, timely, and cost-effective deliveries. Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in logistics, transportation, freight, order fulfillment, supply chain, or a related operations role preferred. Strong troubleshooting, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. Microsoft Office experience required; NetSuite or similar ERP experience preferred.

Up to $22.00 per hour
