Manage fulfillment of medium and large-size products such as furniture, mattresses, appliances, rugs, and home goods. Assign daily tasks and coordinate warehouse staff based on order volume and shipping schedules. Monitor order accuracy, shipping timeliness, productivity, damages, and operational quality. Handle warehouse exceptions, including shortages, damaged items, missing inventory, and incorrect shipments. Support inventory control, cycle counts, location management, and warehouse organization. Ensure employees follow company SOPs, safety requirements, and operating procedures. Communicate with office, customer service, and operations teams regarding order status and exceptions. Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce operational errors. Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse, 3PL, e-commerce fulfillment, logistics, or distribution preferred. Experience handling medium or large-size products is strongly preferred. Previous Team Lead, Supervisor, or warehouse floor management experience preferred. Chinese and English communication skills required. Basic computer skills required; Excel, WMS, shipping, or inventory system experience is a plus. Strong leadership, responsibility, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and assist with moving large items when needed.
