In this role, you will play a crucial part in keeping our daily operations running smoothly. By taking care of essential, non-skilled tasks, you will ensure our technical maintenance team can work efficiently and our equipment is always ready for action. This is a full-time position with a consistent morning schedule, offering a stable work-life balance and a supportive team environment.

Compensation and Schedule Pay Rate:

$19.00 per hour

Shift:

6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Your Impact and Daily Responsibilities Your primary mission is to keep our equipment ready and our workspace organized. On a daily basis, you will: Ensure all battery-operated equipment, devices, and machinery are properly plugged in, connected, and charging when not in use. Assist maintenance technicians with basic, hands-on tasks such as moving materials, holding components during assembly, and fetching tools. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized maintenance shop and work areas. Help with general facility upkeep and basic labor projects as assigned by the team lead. What Success Looks Like In the first month: You will master the daily charging routines, learn where all tools and equipment belong, and build a safe working rhythm with the team.

Over time:

You will help decrease equipment downtime simply by ensuring everything is powered up and ready to go. The maintenance team will rely on your support to complete repairs faster and more efficiently. Qualifications What you need to bring (Must-haves): Reliability and punctuality to consistently start the shift at 6:00 AM. The physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds regularly throughout the shift. A strong commitment to safety and the ability to follow straightforward instructions. A cooperative attitude and willingness to help out where needed. Great-to-haves (Nice-to-haves): Previous experience working in a warehouse, manufacturing, retail backroom, or general labor environment. Basic familiarity with common hand tools.
