Job Description

Position Summary The Warehouse Process & Quality Coordinator is responsible for improving warehouse, shipping, and receiving process quality while supporting overall logistics performance. This role partners closely with the Quality team to enhance customer satisfaction, drive continuous improvement initiatives, lead 5S implementation, and ensure warehouse employees are properly trained and qualified. The coordinator plays a key role in standardizing processes, reducing errors, and elevating operational efficiency across the warehouse. Key Responsibilities Process Quality & Improvement Analyze and improve warehouse, shipping, receiving and inventory processes to reduce defects, delays, and customer complaints. Collaborate with the Quality team to address logistics‑related issues and implement corrective actions. Monitor process performance and identify opportunities for optimization. Support root‑cause analysis for quality or logistics failures and drive sustainable solutions. Customer Satisfaction (Logistics & Warehouse) Work with cross‑functional teams to improve customer satisfaction related to warehouse accuracy, shipment quality, and delivery performance. Ensure warehouse processes align with customer requirements and internal quality standards. Track and report key quality metrics impacting customer experience. Continuous Improvement & 5S Leadership Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Kaizen, or similar methodologies. Implement and sustain 5S standards across all warehouse areas. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with 5S and process standards. Engage employees in improvement activities and promote a culture of operational excellence. Employee Qualification & Training Manage qualification plans for warehouse employees, ensuring all team members meet required skills and safety standards. Develop and deliver warehouse process training, including shipping, receiving, material handling, and documentation procedures. Maintain training records and ensure timely recertification. Coach employees on best practices and reinforce process discipline. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Partner with Supervisors, Quality, Logistics, and Operations teams to align goals and resolve process issues. Support audits, customer visits, and internal reviews related to warehouse performance. Communicate process changes and quality expectations clearly across the warehouse team. Qualifications Required Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or quality assurance. Strong SAP knowledge , including material movements, inventory transactions, reporting, and troubleshooting. Understanding of shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes. Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (5S, Lean, Kaizen). Excellent communication, training, and coaching skills. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement improvements. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Experience supporting audits or customer quality reviews. Background in employee training or process documentation. Familiarity with WMS systems and warehouse automation tools.
