Aloha Potential Warehouse Supervisor/ Crew Leader!! The island party business scene is back in full swing and WE are in search of a few great people to assist us with our Event Rental Business. We provide top notch A+ party rental deliveries, setups, breakdowns and pickups to customers island wide. We are actively interviewing potential candidates to fill a few vacant spots for our Warehouse Supervisor/ Crew Leader Position. You will be in charge of supervising the warehouse as well as a field crew of 2 to 4 guys depending on the day. A valid drivers license is required and a fairly clean driving abstract is required. The ability to lift heavy equipment is required. Previous event/ party rental experience not required, but a bonus if you have. Leadership skills and the ability to delegate tasks to your crew members is paramount. Reliability and Punctuality is a must and a Go Getter Attitude. Job. Tasks include, but are not limited to: -Loading/ Unloading Vans, Setting up/ Breaking down inflatable bouncers, tents, tables, chairs, concession equipment. Customer interaction and service. Quality control of our delivered product. Being safety minded for employees, customers, vehicles and our equipment. There is the option for quick growth and promotions for outstanding leaders!!

HOURS:

Can be between 8-12 Hour Days. Includes a few breaks for lunch, rest during of the day.
