About Us Fruition Logistics is a growing logistics and warehousing company specializing in temperature-controlled and dry storage solutions. We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and help ensure efficient, safe, and organized workflows. Responsibilities Lead daily operations in both cold and dry warehouse environments. Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks. Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently. Receive, inspect, and accurately store inbound freight. Pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders. Maintain accurate inventory and proper warehouse organization. Take ownership of warehouse cleanliness and continuously monitor the facility to ensure all areas remain clean, organized, and safe throughout the shift. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely. Ensure compliance with food safety, OSHA, and company policies. Coordinate with dispatch and operations to meet customer deadlines. Train new warehouse employees and maintain high performance standards. Qualifications Previous warehouse leadership or supervisory experience required. Experience in cold storage, food-grade warehousing, or logistics preferred. Forklift experience required (certification is a plus). Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated environments. Reliable, punctual, and able to lead by example.
