Job Description

We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable Onsite Coordinators to support daily warehouse operations in Minooka, IL . This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate inventory flow, coordinating with warehouse staff, and maintaining efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
On-Boarding:
Our On-sites are responsible for welcoming all our new hires, reviewing GMPs, site, and clocking expectations, as well as registering new hires on the clock.
Payroll:
Review time cards daily, add meal violations, and follow up with employees to address missed punches/MV/attendance concerns
Safety:
Daily safety walks around the plant, complete injury investigations, and reports Employee management: Primary point of contact for employees, manages and communicates schedules, addresses concerns, and works alongside HR to support their day-to-day operations
HR:
Primary point of contact for HR incidents, disciplinary actions, and terminations (support from the Branch and HR department).
Administrative Duties:
Request job orders, attach to orders, add employees to our timekeeping system, close out assignments, and perform additional duties Communicate with clients and team members to prioritize workload and resolve issues Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse, or coordination experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse systems a plus #IND-H
