• Dayshift Minooka, IL Apply Description We are currently seeking an Experienced Warehouse Lead in Minooka to oversee and assist with general warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate will possess prior supervisory or leadership experience and strong communication skills to effectively manage a team within a fast-paced, professional environment. . We need someone who can adjust to dynamic business needs ranging from warehousing, 3PL, Final Mile, and Cross dock operations. We are looking for someone who is not afraid to get their hands dirty and who can inspire the team to greatness. In this role, you will: Lead a team in performing warehouse duties such as loading and unloading trucks, sorting products, and stacking, Monitor and ensure efficient use of equipment, including forklifts and scanners. Train and guide team members in best practices for productivity and safety. Coordinate daily workflow and assign tasks to ensure smooth operations. Perform simple computer skills, specifically using Excel, Word and MS Teams Use of warehouse equipment

• Forklift, RF scanner, pallet jack, etc.

. Shift Information Monday through Friday (OFF Sat/Sun)

Available Shift:

7:00am-3:30pm Compensation $20

• $22/hour DOE with weekly pay (every Friday!) Direct hire, full-time position (40 hours/week) Benefits Health Insurance
