Seasonal Supervisor

Description

Join the Simos team working in Brownsburg, IN, at a leading warehouse. The Seasonal Supervisor is responsible for leading daily warehouse operations, managing temporary associates, driving productivity, maintaining safety compliance, and supporting operational goals within a fast-paced fulfillment environment. This role requires strong leadership, coaching, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

Key Requirements

High School Diploma/GED required

College Degree preferred

Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred

Warehouse, Distribution, Manufacturing, or 3PL experience preferred

Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment

Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to push/pull carts up to 100 lbs.

Knowledge of WMS systems preferred

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $30.00 - $30.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
