Job Description
A company located in Whitestown is seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Supervisor to add to its team. Temp to hire position. The ideal candidate must have the following skills and requirements. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is necessary to perform key job functions. Strong computer skills Experience using scanners Strong line leadership and team management abilities Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in group Forklift experience Inventory tracking and inventory control experience Ability to train, coach, and mentor employees Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to monitor productivity and ensure quality standards are met Experience with scheduling and shift coordination Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to enforce company policies and safety procedures Strong communication and conflict resolution skills Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse/production environment Please submit your resume for immediated consideration.
