We are currently seeking an additional Shipping Coordiniator to receive, inspect, organize, package, and ship materials and finished products. Responsibilities include verifying quantities and part numbers, preparing shipping documentation, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring outgoing orders are packaged and labeled correctly. Must be able to work well in a team-driven environment, maintain a clean and safe work area, follow company quality and safety procedures, perform related duties as assigned by your supervisor, and maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures. Education and/orWork Experience Requirements:
Verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal staff and external customers. Logistics skills and/or prior shipping skills preferred but not required. Computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook). Must be able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary attention to detail. Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines and standard accepted practices. High School diploma or GED required.Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform the essential job functions consistently safely and successfully. Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance. Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly to/with co-workers. Communicate well with others.Benefits:
