Job Description

DOCK SALES & FULFILLMENT COORDINATOR
Position Summary Kennebec Cabin Company is looking for a dependable, organized person to handle dock sales, online order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and related inventory needs. This position requires someone who can work independently, manage their time well, and stay organized. We are also looking for someone who can bring forward new ideas for dock sales and shipping and help put new procedures in place when needed. Responsibilities
  • Print, pick, pack and ship online orders.
  • Ship or bring orders to the appropriate shipping locations.
  • Order and maintain shipping inventory and supplies.
  • Receive incoming orders and verify accuracy.
  • Tag and distribute stock to the appropriate locations and storage areas.
  • Coordinate shipping and delivery of new dock systems.
  • Handle dock sales, including walk-in customers and dock-related inquiries.
  • Help develop and put new or updated dock-sales procedures in place.
  • Look for practical ways to improve shipping, organization, and efficiency.
  • Support internal teams with order and inventory needs.
  • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
