Recent additions to our product offerings have created a significant growth opportunity within our onsite manufacturing plant. We are seeking a full-time Warehouse Supervisor to join our talented and customer-focused team. This position is a full time role with a schedule of 7:30am to 5pm (9 hour shift) Monday through Thursday and a schedule of 7:30am to 11am on Fridays (4 hour shift). PRx is based in Fargo, North Dakota.

Position Summary:

Seeking an organized and detail-driven individual to own daily sales order management in NetSuite, coordinate the flow of work across the fulfillment team, and serve as the first point of contact for inventory, receiving, and fulfillment questions. This role sets the daily plan, makes sure every order type is covered and worked, and stays hands-on in picking, packing, and shipping alongside the team. Reports to the Director of Operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Owns daily sales order management in NetSuite and makes sure every fulfillment type is reviewed and worked each day
• Sets the daily work plan and assigns work areas across the fulfillment team, adjusting as volume and order mix changes
• Monitors orders against their expected ship dates, and flags anything at risk to the Director of Operations early
• Pushes the team to work ahead on slower days so heavy days stay manageable
• Serves as the recognized warehouse point of contact for Sales, Customer Service, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain
• First point of contact for the team when an inventory discrepancy is found, and escalates to the Director of Operations when the cause and/or solution isn't clear
• Involved in cycle counts as the verifying set of eyes and approves the adjustment
• Available to the Receiving Associate as a resource for questions on purchase orders, item receipts, put away, and unexpected or damaged freight
• Works as an individual contributor in the daily fulfillment process
• Coordinates and jumps in where help is needed during peak volume, PTO, and call-ins
• Other duties as assigned

Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Two or more years of warehouse or fulfillment experience
• NetSuite or comparable ERP experience is strongly preferred, with the ability to learn our systems
• Comfortable setting the daily plan and handing out work to peers
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Works well in a fast-paced team environment
• Knowledge of 5S and Lean practices
• Capable of operating forklifts and other equipment to move heavy shipments
• Must have the ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs
• Must be able to handle continuous standing for up to 10 hours daily
