We're looking for a Lead Warehouse Coordinator who is organized, dependable, proactive, and ready to take ownership of our warehouse operations while supporting our Service, Installation, and Plumbing teams. The Role The Lead Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for keeping our warehouse organized, inventory properly stocked, jobs staged, and field teams equipped with the materials they need to get the job done. Key Responsibilities Warehouse & Inventory Maintain proper inventory levels for Service, Installation, Replacement, and Plumbing. Receive, organize, label, and store parts and equipment. Establish stock levels and reorder materials as needed. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse. Separate and manage stock and non-stock inventory. Monitor inventory usage and identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Field & Job Support Support Service Technicians, Installers, and Plumbing Technicians with parts and materials. Pick up or deliver needed parts when necessary. Monitor jobs on hold for parts and track vendor ETAs. Follow up on delayed orders and communicate updates to Dispatch. Review upcoming replacement and installation jobs and ensure necessary equipment and specialty parts are ordered and staged. Assist with developing an efficient process for restocking service and plumbing vehicles. Returns & Warranty Manage product returns and warranty claims. Coordinate with vendors on defective, incorrect, or warranty-related materials. Track returns and credits to ensure they are completed. Lead & Process Improvement Take ownership of warehouse organization and inventory processes. Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Help establish procedures for receiving, inventory management, job staging, and vehicle restocking. Help train team members on warehouse procedures as needed. Facilities Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, shop, and surrounding property. Assist with general facility upkeep and other projects as needed. What We're Looking For Previous warehouse, inventory, parts, purchasing, or logistics experience preferred. HVAC, plumbing, construction, or skilled-trade experience is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable learning and using CRM, inventory, and purchasing software. Dependable, proactive, and willing to take ownership. Ability to safely lift and move parts, equipment, and materials.
