4pm to 12:30am Monday through Friday Pay Rates 18.00 USD hourly Essential Requirements Must have at least 2 years of experience Ability to coordinate with CSR and Operations Supervisor to determine shipping schedules and labor requirements Ability to unload and move inbound freight safely and efficiently Ability to pull and prepare product for shipment accurately Ability to perform picking duties meeting company standards Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent 2 to 4 years of related experience or training Experience with warehouse equipment, preferably a Stand Up Forklift Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel Synapse training preferred Ability to read, interpret, and write simple instructions and reports Role Responsibilities Lead and support warehouse associates with daily assignments and workflow Prioritize tasks to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time Monitor productivity, attendance, safety, and overall team performance Train and coach employees on warehouse procedures and safety practices Assist with receiving, picking, packing, staging, loading, and shipping activities Location Keasbey.
