Job Description

Job Summary EverPeak Recruitment is conducting a search for an Office Administrator / Shipping Coordinator on behalf of a growing precision machining company in the Auburn area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, expanding manufacturer where you'll play a key role in supporting daily office operations, shipping and receiving activities, and administrative functions. As the company continues to grow, this position will have the opportunity to take on increased responsibility and become the primary administrator for a second facility. Duties Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, including tracking incoming and outgoing shipments. Support accounts payable and accounts receivable by monitoring invoices, payments, and outstanding balances. Compile reports and communicate payment and receivable status to leadership. Collect and review employee time records for payroll processing, including adjustments for time off and leave before submission to the outside payroll provider. Maintain production and quality documentation, including traceability records. Provide administrative support to office operations and serve as backup to the Office Administrator. Assist with filing, recordkeeping, data entry, and other general office duties. Qualifications Previous office administration experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Experience with shipping, receiving, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or payroll support. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Pay:
$20.00 - $28.00 per hour
