Warehouse Supervisor (2nd Shift)

$70,000 to $85,000 annually Seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and drive team performance in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who thrives on organization, efficiency, and team development. Start time between 2pm and 5pm for an eight hour shift; Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, shipping, and inventory control Lead, coach, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are met Monitor inventory accuracy, conduct audits, and ensure proper documentation and reporting Coordinate workflow, assign tasks, and collaborate with customer service to resolve operational issues

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience and 3 years of supervisory experience Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage operations, maintain safety standards, and ensure accurate reporting
