We are seeking a Bilingual Onsite Supervisor (English/Spanish) to support employees and customer operations within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for warehouse employees and customer leadership Support employees on the warehouse floor and maintain a visible onsite presence Manage attendance, call-offs, and employee communication Conduct employee coaching and performance discussions Assist with onboarding, orientations, and new hire support Address employee questions and concerns professionally and promptly Partner with warehouse leadership to support staffing and operational goals Help drive productivity, accountability, safety, and employee engagement Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish required Experience in staffing, warehouse operations, manufacturing, logistics, or workforce management preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities Comfortable working in a warehouse environment Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Why Join Abacus?
