Location:

Pay:

$26-$27 per hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

HTI is hiring an Order Processing Team Lead for a growing distribution operation in the Greer area. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their warehouse career.

The Team Lead will work directly on the warehouse floor, helping guide a team of approximately eight associates while coordinating order flow and daily fulfillment priorities.

What You Need

Previous warehouse or distribution experience

Team lead, supervisory, or leadership experience preferred

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel

Experience working with a WMS, ERP, or similar warehouse system preferred

Ability to organize work, adjust priorities, and keep orders moving

Confidence providing direction and addressing attendance or performance concerns

Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Ability to work primarily on the warehouse floor

High school diploma or GED

What Your Role Will Look Like

Help lead and support approximately eight warehouse associates

Assign, prioritize, release, and monitor customer orders

Track work queues and order-processing activity within warehouse systems

Coordinate staffing and workflow based on order volume and shipping deadlines

Monitor productivity, order accuracy, service levels, and team performance

Use Excel and internal systems to prepare reports and track operational information

Coach team members and reinforce safety, quality, and productivity expectations

Document employee attendance and performance conversations

Identify order delays, inventory issues, and workflow bottlenecks

Communicate with warehouse leadership and other departments to resolve problems

Provide hands-on support during high-volume periods

Some overtime or occasional Saturday work may be required depending on business needs.
