Overview:

Complete Quality is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Working Lead to provide contract-based services in Arlington, TX. This role involves supervising warehouse staff, managing inventory control, and ensuring efficient logistics processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive warehouse experience, and a comprehensive understanding of warehouse management systems. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining safety standards, optimizing workflows, and supporting continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Duties:

Oversees daily warehouse operations Coordinates staff Manages inventory Ensures accurate shipping and receiving Maintains a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

Skills:

Warehouse supervisor or team leadership experience is essential. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management systems, and RF scanner technology. Strong knowledge of logistics, materials handling, heavy lifting techniques, and OSHA safety standards. Skilled in process improvement methodologies such as lean management. Ability to operate material handling equipment including forklifts safely and efficiently. Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation purposes. Demonstrated ability to manage inventory control processes accurately under tight deadlines. Physical capability for heavy lifting and extended periods of standing or movement within the warehouse environment. Available Schedule(s): Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:00

PM Compensation:

$22PH Paid WEEKLY via 1099

Must PASS Background Check and E-Verify 2+ years Warehouse Supervisor experience FLUENT English; Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
