Warehouse Supervisor Confidential Dallas, TX Job Details Temporary | Full-time | Contract $16 - $19 an hour 4 hours ago Qualifications Team leadership Warehouse management experience Forklift Supervising experience Productivity software Managing teams as a warehouse supervisor Material handling equipment operation General management Full Job Description Confidential Employer - Warehouse Supervisor We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping, receiving, and staff performance. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, inventory control experience, and the ability to maintain efficient, safe warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
Supervise warehouse staff and oversee daily operations. Manage inventory levels, forecasting, and cycle counts. Maintain inventory records and prepare quarterly and annual reports using SAP and other software. Coordinate shipping, receiving, freight scheduling, and deliveries. Prepare shipping documents, bills of lading, and routing instructions. Operate forklifts and assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed. Coordinate with sales, imports, and transportation teams. Maintain warehouse safety standards, equipment logs, and operating procedures.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of supervisory experience, including 2 years in warehouse operations. Experience with inventory management and SAP preferred. Sit-down and stand-up forklift experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. or more as needed. Must pass a background check and drug screening. #COR1
Pay:
$16.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
