Warehouse Technician - Forklift Operator Ogden, UT | $17.12/Hour | 12-Hour Rotating Shifts Available Job Summary We're hiring a Warehouse Technician for our PET manufacturing and distribution facility in Ogden. This role puts you behind the wheel of a sit-down forklift in a structured, fast-moving environment where your organizational skills and attention to detail directly impact product flow and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do Operate a sit-down forklift to move product throughout the warehouse Verify incoming shipments by comparing invoices to purchase orders and inspecting goods for damage or discrepancies Prepare and maintain shipping reports for the warehouse manager Coordinate shipment scheduling with partner trucking companies under the direction of the Shipping Supervisor Keep the warehouse organized — ensuring merchandise is properly boxed, labeled, and stored in designated locations Work alongside shipping and receiving clerks to make sure all paperwork is completed accurately and on time Represent the company professionally when interacting with external vendors, carriers, and clients Step up to support the warehouse supervisor when they are unavailable What You Bring Required High school diploma, GED, or equivalent 1+ year of sit-down forklift operating experience 1+ year of warehouse experience Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or move for extended periods Comfortable working in refrigerated environments as needed Preferred Experience with shipping and receiving documentation Familiarity with food safety, GMP, or quality management systems Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once Schedule & Shift This position follows a 2-2-3 rotating schedule with two shift options available. Day Shift (A/B): 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Night Shift (C/D): 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM The 2-2-3 rotation means you'll work two days on, two days off, three days on — then flip. You'll never work more than three consecutive days, and you'll get built-in long weekends on a regular rotation. Pay & Compensation $17.12 per hour
