Job Description

Job Summary We're hiring a Maintenance Mechanic in Ogden, UT for a Monday through Friday day shift at $21.15 per hour. This is a hands-on role in a food and beverage manufacturing facility where your mechanical and electrical skills will keep production running smoothly. If you have experience working on high-speed packaging equipment and want a stable schedule with weekends off, this opportunity is worth a look. What You'll Do Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs on production equipment Operate, start up, and shut down equipment following OSHA safety standards and company procedures Work on blow molders, rotary high-speed fillers, labelers, sleeve machines, case packers, and palletizers Diagnose and repair electrical components including VFDs, motor starters, and temperature sensors — up to 480VAC Work with PLC hardware and software to identify and resolve control system issues Support logistics tasks including receiving goods, staging materials for production orders, and loading bulk product for shipment Maintain compliance with GMP, BRC/HACCP, food safety, and environmental standards Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete maintenance tasks What You Bring Required 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Ability to read and interpret equipment schematics and controls documentation High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods in temperatures ranging from 38°F to 80°F Preferred Experience in a food and beverage manufacturing facility Familiarity with BRC, HACCP, or similar food safety management systems Trade or vocational school training in industrial maintenance or a related field Schedule & Shift Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Pay & Compensation $21.15 per hour
