This full-time role is ideal for an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys hands-on work, operating a forklift, keeping product moving, and helping teammates follow safe, efficient processes. The Forklift-Certified Warehouse Lead will support daily receiving, inventory movement, order fulfillment, shipping, returns, and general warehouse workflow. Key Responsibilities Operate a forklift to safely unload, move, stage, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse. Coordinate daily receiving, shipping, order fulfillment, returns, and inventory movement to support efficient workflow. Pull, prepare, pack, label, sort, and stage parcel and freight shipments for accurate outbound processing. Verify incoming shipments, product information, quantities, and documentation to maintain inventory accuracy. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while following established procedures. Coach and support warehouse team members on safety, quality, processes, and best practices. Compensation and Benefits Direct hire opportunity.

Pay:

$24 to $25 per hour.

Annual salary range:

$50,000 to $54,000 per year.

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
