This hands-on leadership role is ideal for an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys staying active on the floor, guiding daily operations, and helping a team perform at a high level. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and order fulfillment while promoting accuracy, safety, accountability, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, and order fulfillment. Assign work, set priorities, adjust staffing, and monitor workflow based on business needs and order volume. Train, coach, and provide day-to-day direction to warehouse employees while maintaining accountability for performance, attendance, safety, and process compliance. Monitor productivity, order accuracy, inventory accuracy, shipping deadlines, and overall warehouse efficiency. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve inventory, order, shipping, scheduling, and customer service issues. Support cycle counts, investigate inventory discrepancies, maintain accurate records, and identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes.

Compensation and Benefits Salary:

$47,840 to $56,160 per year.
