Job Summary We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for a full-time, direct hire opportunity in Kent, WA. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys staying active on the floor, guiding daily operations, and helping a team perform at a high level. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and order fulfillment while promoting accuracy, safety, accountability, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, and order fulfillment.
- Assign work, set priorities, adjust staffing, and monitor workflow based on business needs and order volume.
- Train, coach, and provide day-to-day direction to warehouse employees while maintaining accountability for performance, attendance, safety, and process compliance.
- Monitor productivity, order accuracy, inventory accuracy, shipping deadlines, and overall warehouse efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve inventory, order, shipping, scheduling, and customer service issues.
- Support cycle counts, investigate inventory discrepancies, maintain accurate records, and identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes. Compensation and Benefits

Kent, WA. Required Qualifications and Skills- Lead warehouse floor operations across receiving, inventory, fulfillment, and shipping.
- Supervise, train, coach, and direct warehouse team members.
- Monitor accuracy, productivity, workflow, and operational priorities.
- Support inventory control, cycle counts, discrepancy research, and process improvement.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or operations.
- Previous experience supervising, training, or leading warehouse employees.
- Strong knowledge of receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, and fulfillment processes.
- Basic computer skills and experience using warehouse management, inventory, or order tracking systems.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and adapt quickly when workload or business needs change.
- Strong attention to detail with a consistent focus on accuracy, productivity, and follow-through.
- Clear, professional communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach employees, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accountability.
- Commitment to safe work practices and maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. Preferred Qualifications
- Forklift experience or certification.
- Experience in retail distribution, shipping and receiving, or high-volume fulfillment.
- Experience with cycle counts, inventory discrepancy research, or warehouse process improvement.
