Responsibilities:
Complete daily safety and site inspection, Audio/Visual inspection of pumps, compressors, and pressure relief devices, ensuring that they are operating correctly, efficiently, and safely. Possess and effectively use problem solving skills, especially under pressure. Check daily plan at the beginning of shift to ensure sure ability to achieve our product movement goals. Check and records volumes before and after product transfer and ensure that they do not exceed Department of Transportation limits for the transport vessel being loaded. Maintains, monitors, and adjusts equipment as required and maintains paperwork in assigned areas regarding safety, environmental compliance, sanitation, maintenance, and processing equipment operation. Communicates with team/shift employees concerning proper operation of equipment, changes in flow rates or processing capabilities, safety concerns, product quality issues and maintenance issues. Reads and comprehends Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (PIDs). Completes Bills of Lading paperwork, along with updating charts and gravities on Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and Human-Machine Interface (HMI). Monitors levels and pressures on 3 NGL bullet tanks. Controls, all pumps and compressors associated with these tanks from the HMI to load trucks and/or transfer product. Safely and efficiently load hazardous material onto transport vehicles on site and unload Railcars into tanks. Monitors levels and maintains control over product storage areas. Assists in maintaining records of equipment operation and collects necessary operational data. Performs multiple tests on incoming and outgoing products to ensure product qualities are maintained. Perform minor preventative maintenance of systems as designated. Performs general housekeeping duties to keep work areas clean, neat, and orderly. Maintain accurate data and documentation and provide daily, weekly, and/or monthly reports as needed.
Experience & Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent is preferred. 1 year of Oil & Gas experience preferred (not mandatory). Ability to coordinate, prioritize and execute tasks. Self-motivated with an ability to work well with others. Must have valid driver's license. Should have good PC skills to include all MS Office products. Must have good written and verbal communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with operations staff, management, contractors, and internal support groups. Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, climb stairs and ladders, kneel, stoop, sit and walk extensively. This position will primarily work outside in all weather conditions, sometimes in precarious places. Thank you for your interest, however only candidates of consideration will be contacted.
