• Look for ways to embark on a new challenge Job Description The Retail Fulfillment Lead assists the Warehouse Manager to control and provide products to our stores.

You supervise a team of 2-4 co-workers, and you are responsible for their performance. This position is vital in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. You are accountable for all the products which cross the threshold of the Brew City warehouse, incoming and outgoing. Essential and primary tasks are to ensure inventory quantities are accurate, maintaining inventory levels in the warehouse by writing purchase orders, and re-stocking our stores. You must have management skills, an internal obsession to keep our warehouse organized, and the ability to quickly learn new software. Duties and Responsibilities Maintain the inventory system for all products in the warehouse. Products must be folded, boxed, labeled and organized on shelving such that items can be found, pulled and barcoded in a timely manner. Maintain and deliver accurate inventory stock reports to our retail locations. You are assessed on weekly stock errors. Ship 10-15 stock reports to our store locations each week. Write 20+ purchase orders each week. You are assessed by every product that goes out of stock without a purchase order in place. Learn our POS System to professional standards. Manage inventory control to our booth spaces at Summerfest and State Fair. This will require additional night and weekend hours. Ability to climb ladders and lift boxes up to 50# Follow all safety guidelines and ensure all Brew City policies are properly followed.
