As a Warehouse Associate you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their purchased products on time while meeting our high-quality standards.

Purpose of position:

To execute all functions of the warehouse operations according to the task list steps. These duties include but are not limited to the topics listed in Essential Functions.

Essential Functions:

(must be able to perform these functions, with or without a reasonable accommodation). Promotes safe work conditions, surroundings, and actions. Inspection of incoming product. Receiving process including all admin. Filling stock bins, Picking, Packing, Shipping according to customer orders. Inventory Control (cycle counts), Sorting of materials, Quarantine of product, RMA process, Provide support for Customer Service team. Must be available for after hours and weekend call-outs. Excellent housekeeping habits. Routinely lift 50lbs. Operate crane to transport materials. (As assigned / needed) Operate horizontal band saw to cut steel materials. (As assigned / needed) Drive forklift to transport materials. (As assigned / needed) Skills, knowledge and abilities: (these are required to enable job holder to perform the essential functions of the job). Must have a thorough understanding of CRC Distribution products. Must be able to interact cordially and productively with co-workers in a team environment and establish relationships with individuals at all levels of the company. Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and efficiently. Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize. Must be able to proficiently read and write in English. Must be able to handle difficult individuals and situations. Must be able to make independent judgment decisions with little / no supervision. Must be able to see clearly with or without corrective lenses and hear clearly with or without aids. Must be able to accurately read a tape measure. Proper use of PPE as assigned.

Experience and Education Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Willingness to learn how to safely operate a forklift and other equipment.
