As we continue to grow, we are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Warehouse Fulfillment Associate to join our Arizona warehouse team. This role focuses heavily on packing, line assembly, production support, order fulfillment, heavy lifting, driving, and delivery . Key ResponsibilitiesPacking & Line Assembly — Primary Responsibility Assemble and package slime products efficiently on a production line. Fill, portion, seal, label, and prepare slime products according to established standards. Perform repetitive packing and assembly tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency. Check products for correct quantity, weight, appearance, labeling, and packaging. Prepare finished products for shipment to customers and distribution to Slimeatory retail locations. Keep the assembly and packing area clean, organized, and efficient. Meet daily production and packing goals while maintaining product quality. Warehouse Production & Slime Dough Support Assist with slime dough production according to established recipes and procedures. Prepare ingredients, containers, packaging materials, and other supplies needed for production. Monitor product consistency, texture, color, and overall quality. Operate and maintain production tools and equipment safely. Clean and sanitize equipment, workstations, and production areas. Follow established production procedures and report any issues or inconsistencies. Order Fulfillment Pick, pack, organize, and prepare online customer and retail store orders. Accurately match products to order requirements. Double-check orders before shipment or delivery to minimize errors. Organize completed orders for efficient pickup, shipment, or delivery. Help maintain an efficient workflow throughout the warehouse. Driving & Delivery Drive company vehicles to deliver products, supplies, and inventory to Slimeatory retail locations and other designated locations. Load and unload products and supplies safely. Ensure deliveries are accurate, organized, and completed on schedule. Assist with transporting materials between warehouse and retail locations as needed. Maintain a clean and safe vehicle and follow all applicable driving and safety requirements. Heavy Lifting & Warehouse Operations Lift, carry, move, and organize boxes, supplies, ingredients, finished products, and other warehouse materials. Load and unload shipments and deliveries. Move inventory throughout the warehouse and prepare items for distribution. Keep storage areas organized and ensure products and supplies are stored properly. Perform physical warehouse tasks for extended periods as needed. Inventory Management Monitor inventory levels of ingredients, packaging materials, and warehouse supplies. Assist with receiving, counting, organizing, and restocking inventory. Report low-stock, damaged, or missing items promptly. Help maintain accurate and organized inventory throughout the warehouse. Quality, Safety & Cleanliness Perform quality checks during production, packing, assembly, and fulfillment. Follow all workplace safety, sanitation, and handling procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and production environment. Handle products, equipment, ingredients, and supplies properly. Communication & Teamwork Communicate with retail locations regarding deliveries, restocks, and inventory needs. Work closely with warehouse and retail team members to maintain smooth operations. Communicate delays, supply needs, production issues, or other concerns promptly. Follow instructions carefully and support team priorities. Maintain a reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude. Qualifications Reliable, hardworking, and punctual. Comfortable performing repetitive packing, assembly, and warehouse tasks. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Able to lift and carry heavy boxes, supplies, and products. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing physical tasks for extended periods. Valid driver's license and comfortable driving for deliveries. Previous warehouse, fulfillment, production, packing, assembly, or delivery experience is a plus but not required. Able to follow detailed instructions, procedures, and production standards.
