In this position, youll provide vital coverage for a maternity leave beginning in January and lasting approximately 12 weeks. Students are primarily at the elementary level, with the added engagement of working in a junior high setting. With a flexible schedule offering 40 hours per week between 7am and 5pm, you have control over your daily rhythm. This assignment includes supervising a COTA and collaborating with a passionate team dedicated to supporting student development.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Valid AZ Occupational Therapy license required IVP Fingerprint clearance card mandatory Prior experience in school-based OT setting strongly preferred Comfortable supervising and providing guidance to a COTA Home health or broader OT experience is an advantage

Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy services to K-8 students Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and provide direct interventions Oversee and support a dedicated COTA Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff, teachers, and families Document services and progress in adherence to school and state requirements
