GD America is a distributor of professional diamond blades, core bits, and cutting tools. We need someone on the floor who can help contractors when they call or walk in. We will teach the blades. We need someone who shows up, wants to learn, and treats customers like they matter. Day to day Run the warehouse: receive, put away, pick, pack, ship, will-call Keep inventory honest — cycle counts, shortages, returns reported the same day Help customers and recommend products via phone, email, and in person Prepare packing lists and invoices in an organized manner. Work with the team to tighten existing processes and implement new systems Use modern technology (search, docs, simple AI assistants) Must have On-site Anaheim, Monday-Friday Lift 40-50 lbs, on your feet Communicate effectively with contractors and vendors Computer proficiency: email, Google Sheets or Excel Careful with counts and part numbers - attention to detail Willing to learn Nice to have Warehouse, shipping, or sales experience Invoicing, QuickBooks, Shopify, CRM and general data management experience Forklift / pallet jack experience CA driver's license for local runs Eager to learn systems and tools Apply with a short note about the last time you helped a customer or kept inventory accurate, and your preferred start date.

Pay:
