Responsibilities Safely operate heavy equipment such as pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) to ensure accurate stock levels and proper storage Perform order picking, packing, and shipping & receiving tasks to fulfill customer orders efficiently Conduct inventory control activities including stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation to maintain precise records Handle materials with mechanical knowledge for proper stacking, packaging, and storage while adhering to OSHA safety standards Support warehouse distribution operations by loading and unloading trucks and preparing shipments for dispatch Assist in warehouse supervision tasks such as monitoring stock levels, organizing workflow, and maintaining a safe working environment Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations or related fields with knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms Ability to operate heavy equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, order pickers, and pallet jacks safely and effectively Strong understanding of inventory management practices, stock control procedures, and shipping & receiving protocols Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic maintenance on equipment when needed Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and best practices for heavy lifting and materials handling Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate order picking and packing Prior experience in manufacturing or construction environments is a plus but not required Join us in a role that keeps the wheels turning!
