Warehouse Attendant will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing
HVAC, PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL

IRA Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and unload shipments of HVAC equipment and materials. Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain detailed records. Organize and store materials in designated areas, ensuring easy accessibility. Manage inventory levels and conduct regular physical inventory counts. Prepare and package orders for shipment or delivery to job sites. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment. Assist with loading and unloading trucks. Monitor warehouse supplies and place orders as needed. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Assist

technicians with material and equipment needs.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment, preferably in the HVAC industry. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred). Basic computer skills for inventory management and record-keeping. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Physical ability to lift and move heavy items (75LBS) Knowledge of HVAC equipment and materials is a plus.

PAY TRANSPARENCY
The starting hourly rate for this opportunity ranges from $20-$25hr. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
