Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate, where your energy and attention to detail will drive the efficient movement of goods and materials. In this vital role, you will handle inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and ensure smooth warehouse operations. Your proactive approach will contribute to a seamless distribution process, supporting our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. Duties Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to ensure accuracy and safety. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, adhering to order specifications and packaging standards. Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems like AS400 or similar software, and inventory management software. Stock shelves, organize products, and perform regular stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy. Assist with shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers for timely pickup and delivery schedules. Operate data entry tools to update order statuses, shipment details, and inventory levels efficiently. Support warehouse distribution activities by loading and unloading trucks, managing order picking processes, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations and safety protocols. Skills Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems (such as AS400), and Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting. Strong knowledge of inventory management practices, shipping & receiving procedures, and order fulfillment processes. Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, trade compliance tools, and other warehouse equipment safely. Basic math skills for counting stock, measuring packages, and verifying quantities accurately. Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining precise records of shipments and inventory movements. Customer service orientation to assist team members or external partners as needed during logistics operations. Familiarity with international trade regulations, logistics standards, MRP (Material Requirements Planning), and stocking procedures to ensure compliance across all activities.
